    Astronautalis at Mercury Lounge NYC 9/13/14

    Astronautalis performed at the Mercury Lounge, NYC on Saturday September 13th.  He is currently touring with two other bands:

    -Sarah Jaffe, who just released a new album, "Don't Disconnect."  Check it out on iTunes   

    -Transit, whose new album "Joyride" comes out October 21st.  Pre-order it on iTunes

     

    Astronautalis permformed a mix of old songs, like "Contrails," from his 2011 album "This is Our Science"  as well as new songs of his upcoming album. He blew the crowd away with a "Whose Line is it Anyway" type rap.  He took several random topics from the audience and spit a phenomenal rhyme covering all his suggested topics (ex girlfriends, Wegmans, Riff Raff's pubic hair, motorcycle).  See video clip
